Terms of use
TrueDomainCost helps compare ownership costs. It does not sell, reserve, register or renew domain names.
1. Operator and acceptance
These terms are between you and the independent individual operating TrueDomainCost, the independent operator of TrueDomainCost in Türkiye. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to legal@truedomaincost.com.
2. What the comparison includes
Published totals may include registration, renewal, mandatory registry or ICANN fees, privacy charges and minimum purchase terms shown in the row. Calculations exclude tax, currency conversion, optional add-ons, premium-domain pricing and checkout-specific eligibility unless explicitly stated.
3. Price and availability are not guaranteed
Registrar pricing, promotions, exchange rates and domain availability can change at any time. A live extraction or reviewed snapshot is evidence, not a binding offer from TrueDomainCost. Verify the final domain, term, currency, tax and checkout total directly with the registrar before buying.
4. Data Confidence and ranking
Data Confidence measures the quality and freshness of the pricing evidence behind a row. It is not a rating of a registrar's customer service, financial strength, security or reputation. Results are ordered by the selected ownership-cost calculation; an affiliate relationship does not increase a registrar's position or score.
5. Third-party services and affiliate links
Registration is completed under the chosen registrar's terms, policies, eligibility rules and dispute process. TrueDomainCost is not responsible for a third party's website, account, transaction or domain-management decision. Some offer links may generate a commission at no additional cost to you; official price-evidence links remain separately available.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service for normal personal or business comparison. You must not disrupt, overload, bypass security controls, scrape at a rate that harms the service, introduce malicious code, misrepresent results or use the service unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The TrueDomainCost name, interface, original text and comparison presentation are protected to the extent allowed by law. Registrar names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
8. Service changes and availability
Sources, extensions and features may be corrected, suspended or removed when data cannot be verified or when maintenance, security or legal requirements make that necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rules, TrueDomainCost is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost domains, registrar actions or decisions made without verifying checkout information.
10. Governing rules and changes
The final governing-law and dispute clauses must be confirmed during independent legal review based on the operator's residence and target markets. Updated terms will show a new version; continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply where permitted.
